CYBERSPACE (tom Brennan) The Polyphonic Spree have signed to a new record label and are setting up to release their third CD. “The Fragile Army” will be released in June on the TVT record label. The Dallas-based and Texas-sized ensemble have folded their robes and are putting on military-styled uniforms.
