Mac OS X Leopard release date rumors
Before I start any post about Apple I usually rant about how Apple survives a lot on the rumor mill churning and providing free advertising for them. DAH I did it again.
It looks like some people have spent some time and analyzed when the next version of Apple’s OS X (ten) will be released. Apple CEO Steve Jobs usually makes announcements at conferences to all of the developers and through the web (aka the rest of the world).
Steve also made a point of saying that 10.5 would be out in the Spring of 2007. Usually Apple sticks with dates they mentions. Spring starts on March 21st. Summer begins on June 21st. That narrows down that timeline. You put into the mix the World Wide Developers Conference which is June 11-15th and it narrows it down even more.
The release of any new software also creates a boom in the tech book industry. Some books on 10.5 will be released between May 1st and June 12th.
It looks like there is a pretty decent picture of when OS X 10.5 will be released.
