it’s good to know things

Wii sales not so…tiny.

Since the North American release of the Wii on November 19th the Wii has sold over 600,000 consoles.  Nintendo, the maker of the Wii, said that in the first eight days of it’s release they have made about $190 million.  That number includes first-party software (like Zelda) and accessories (extra controllers).
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess has alone sold 454,00 copies.  Nintendo has said that there will not be a shortage of the consoles for the holiday season boasting that 150,000 to 200,000 units will arrive per week from overseas.
