Whats’ really scary about this is that Americans are developing this…I thought english was the world’s language. But I digress.
There is a system being developed at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, that claims to translate your words so quickly that it would be like watching a dubbed film or TV show. How does it work?
It uses an advanced voice recognition software. But what makes this device new is the electrodes the user hooks to their neck, which picks up the movements when you silently mouth words. At that point the software speaks in that other language.
