It looks like YouTube is starting to show companies who is posting up their content on the popular video hosting web site.
In one instance a young filmmaker created a 12-minute version of Oliver Stone’s movie Twin Towers using his own actors and working off of a studio leaked script. Although it shouldn’t surprise you that Paramount the maker of the movie wanted to sue the young filmmaker, it should surprise you that YouTube told Paramount who that user was.
If you use YouTube for content that is not your own, be forewarned, YouTube may give your name up and you may get a knock on your door soon
