One may think the catchy title “6ixtynin9″ and the sexual inuendo with 69 that this movie is right up a horny dudes alley…but it’s not. “6ixtynin9″ is a movie that tests Tum, the main character’s will to do whatever she can when something falls right at her doorstep. 
Even-though there things do just drop in your lap there are consequences and Tum realizes that as her adventure spans a day in Thailand. There are some funny parts of the film, like one bad guy is deaf and answers the phone, and there are some gruesome parts. There is however a great plot that follows the line of karma in the Thai film. I would recommend this movie if you like the ironic twists of films like “Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels” and “Snatch”. If you didn’t like those films, don’t bother with renting this one, you just won’t “get-it”.
